Addictions Case Manager
This role is based in our small tight-knit multidisciplinary Addictions team who utilise the ‘Strengths Model’ approach to assist client recovery.

This role is based in our small tight-knit multidisciplinary Addictions team who utilise the ‘Strengths Model’ approach to assist client recovery.n
This role includes responsibility for initial screening and comprehensive clinical assessments and the development of recovery/treatment plans working alongside your clients.
You need a driver’s licence and also be a NZ Registered Health Professional (i.e. Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist) ideally with current mental health experience who enjoys working within a proactive team environment.

We will place you in a role that is suited to you based on past experience. For example, if you have done Opioid Substitution Treatment in the past, we want you to work to your strengths in our team.
