Mental Health Nursing Standards Review Progressing
A major review of the Mental Health Nursing Practice Standards is underway.
Six standards are being rewritten and aligned with Nursing Council principles, with consultation planned with lived experience representatives, whānau, board members, and the wider nursing workforce.
This work is critical to shaping the future direction of mental health nursing practice in Aotearoa.
